Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms


By scheduling an appointment or receiving services at 32 Dental Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Appointment Policy


Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.


Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.


Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting other patients' schedules.


3. Payment Terms


  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and insurance
  • Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage
  • Outstanding balances may be subject to collection procedures
4. Treatment Consent


By receiving treatment at our clinic, you consent to the dental procedures recommended by Dr. Vrutti Shah (MDS). All treatment plans will be discussed with you, including risks, benefits, and alternatives.


5. Patient Responsibilities


  • Provide accurate medical and dental history
  • Follow post-treatment care instructions
  • Maintain regular dental hygiene
  • Inform us of any changes in your health status
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
6. Emergency Care


For dental emergencies outside of Clinic Hours, please call our emergency line. We will make every effort to accommodate urgent dental needs.


7. Limitation of Liability


32 Dental Clinic and Dr. Vrutti Shah (MDS) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from dental treatment, except as required by law.
